The address is checked against the area you cover on the call, not discovered by a cleaner who has already driven there.

Cleaning services: the things people ask first

A deep clean takes three times as long. Does it ask?

Before it offers anything. Which clean it is decides how much of the day disappears, so getting it wrong does not cost you one booking — it costs you the two you had to move. In the recording on this page the deep clean is established first, and the times come after.

How does it know whether we cover an address?

You describe the area once and it checks on the call. In the recording the North Vancouver address is checked before any slot is mentioned — in French, because that is the language the caller had switched to.

Our cleaners work different days. Will it respect that?

Each one has their own days and hours, read from what you wrote. Someone off on Wednesdays is not offered on Wednesdays, and you change that by writing a sentence rather than editing a rota grid.

Can it take a regular weekly booking?

It books the appointment the caller asks for on the call. Standing weekly work is the kind of thing you set up once in the dashboard rather than re-agreeing on the phone every week — and the line is there for the new enquiries, which are the ones you are currently missing.
